Carlos’ love of real estate was birthed while at Besilu, managing their property holdings which included a 600-acre farm and multibreed training facility, in North Micanopy and a 120-acre South Ocala location at Country Club of Ocala.  Some of these holdings included residential development, commercial development as well as aviation property holdings, luxury construction, and ongoing renovations and property improvements. He obtained his real estate license in late 2013 and has soared in his new career from Marion County and Keller Williams Rookie of the Year in 2014 to a Top Producing Individual Agent, with over $7.8 million in closed sales volume in 2019, including commercial, luxury, equine/farm and residential transactions. His calm and kind demeanor and thorough communication and negotiation skills have made him well-liked amongst city employees, mortgage, legal, insurance, construction, and title professionals as well as fellow realtors. These skills and relationships have enabled him to best serve his clients, whether he represents buyers, sellers or both parties. He joins Royal Shell Real Estate to continue his love of equine and luxury real estate and to serve buyers and sellers with his vast knowledge.
